Do you think Wood CO, KY could be Wood CO, VA?
It may be that Wm. Dye was born in NJ, as his son, John, was born there in
1762. He died Mason CO, KY. Phoebe married Wm. Stillwell 27 Jan 1810 -
Kenneth Dye, brother-in-law 16 Sep 1815.
Salter was Margaret's grandfather's name. Her father was Richard Anderson.
16 children.

What an exciting breakthrough! Do we have proof now that Margaret who married
William Dye was a daughter of Richard Anderson? Who were her 16 siblings and
what was her mother's given name. Are there marriage records for William and
Margaret and for Richard Anderson and the Salter girl? This is great!

Perhaps, then, Margaret Anderson's maternal grandmother was Sarah Bowne,
daughter of Capt. John Bowne, an important leader of early Monmouth. p. 179,
This Old Monmouth of Ours. Sarah Bowne married Richard Salter. Is the the
same man as the Judge, Richard Salter? Also, page 307, Richard Salter married
Captain Obadiah Bowne's sister (it fits).
