Delilah Ann Harsin was also known as Lila Ann Harsin. Delilah Ann Harsin was born c 1867 at Iowa. She was the daughter of
Hemsley Vincent Harsin and
Mary Elizabeth Pershall. Delilah Ann Harsin married
George Taylor Richards. Delilah Ann Harsin died on 14. Nov. 1954. She was buried on 16. Nov. 1954 at Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. According to the Memoirs of BessieBlain Lonsbury, her mother had two sisters buried in a cemetery in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I found Lydia C. Harsin buried in the Evergreen Cemetery. After checking other cemetery records, I also discovered a Lila Ann Richards buried in the same cemetery. She is buried in Lot -061. There is a GeorgeTaylor Richards buried on 24 May 1949, buried in the same lot. It appearsthere is a Lila Richards, wife of George Richards, in the 1920 Census for Enumeration District 19, Precinct 68,El Paso County, Colorado. However, the name is not clear. George Richards is listed as 62 years old and born in Iowa. His wife if 52 and also born in Iowa. Her parents are listed as born in the United States, so this gives no clues. These two records lead me to believe that Lila Harsin was most likely married to George Taylor Richards.
