     Raymond Vern Leathers was born on 13. Nov. 1891. He married Laura Ella Hamilton, daughter of Frank Eugene Hamilton and Ella Ann Thompson, in Jan. 1921 at Sac City, Sac County, Iowa. Raymond Vern Leathers died on 4. Jun. 1949 at age 57. He was buried at Cottonwood Cemetery, Lake City, Calhoun County, Iowa.
