May. 1911 at her farm, Holmdel, Monmouth County, New Jersey, at age 89; as a result of a fall two days earlier. Her hip had been broken, and paralysis followed. She was buried on 17. May. 1911 at Holmdel Cemetery, Holmdel, Monmouth County, New Jersey. On 17. May. 1911 Rev Thomas Vassar, her pastor officiated at the funeral services held Tuesday afternoon.
Her estate was proved on 29. May. 1911; Johnathan I. Holmes, executor

Her real estate was valued at $40,500 and her personal estate was valued at $91,001.38.
