Mrs. Mayme Baker of Meadville Dies Here
Mrs. Renzie (Mayme J.) Baker, a resident of Meadville, died yearterday afternoon at a Chillichothe nursing home, where she had been a patient since September.
She was born March 23, 1883, in Mendon, Ill., daughter of Winfield Seals and Margaret (Austin) Seals. On August 5, 1908 she married Renzie Baker.
Survivors include her husband of the home in Meadville; five daughters, Mrs. Winifred Patton of Downey, Calif., Mrs. Mary Jane Hicks of Chillicothe, Mrs. Norma Manning of Kansas City, Mrs Shirley Simmons of Sunflower, Kan., and Mrs. Judith Green of Anaheim, Calif; three sons, Orville Baker of Meadville, Rogers Baker of Wheatland, Calif., and L. D. Baker of Downey, Calif; three sisters, Mrs. Winifred Tenk of Quincy, Ill., Mrs. Susan Hammond of Denver, Colo., and Mrs. Sylvia Walsh of Brookfield; two brothers, Austin Seals of Meadville and Prescott Seals of Denver, Colo; 47 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two children.
