Sep. 1806. Catherine Sebring and Peter Voorhees removed to at White Lake, Oakland County, Michigan, in 1836
Peter stayed for a short time and returned to New York while his sons remained in Michigan.
Catherine Sebring died on 7. Oct. 1859 at age 72. She was buried at West Fayette Cemetery, Seneca County, New York.
