I served in Company H, 133 Regt. ILL. Vol. INFANTRY. I was enrolled at
SPRINGFIELD, ILL on the 12 day of MAY A.D. 1864.
I was HONORABLY DISCHARGED at SPRINGFIELD, ILL. on the 24 day of SEPT.
A.D. 1864. I am now a Pensioner at $12. My certificate is No. 1358824.
I was born on the 31 day of JULY A.D. 1844, at PIASA, ILLINOIS.
I was married to AUGUSTA Mc COLLISTER at FIDELITY, ILLINOIS, on the 30
day of OCTOBER A.D. 1873, by REV. LEVI C. ENGLISH. Our marriage
certificate is recorded in JERSEYVILLE, County of JERSEY and State of
ILLINOIS. If either were previously married, state name of former wife

valuable considerations, Convey & QUIT-Claim to Augusta Wilson, of the

interest in the following described Real Estate:
