Norma is survived by her children, Susan Marie (Willem) Stolk, James Michael Pectol, and Arthur David (Corrina) Church, all of Las Vegas. Grandchildren: Cindy Church, Jason Pectol, Wesley Willis, Sean Pectol, Bailey Pectol, Mark and Desaray Church, all of Las Vegas. A great grandson, Matthew Ryan.
Her mother, Kathleen Brinkerhoff, of Glendale, Utah. Brothers: Charles M. Brinkerhoff, Cedar City, Utah and Leon R. Brinkerhoff of Glendale Utah. Sisters: Marilyn Johnson, Fredonia, Az; Elaine Lamb, Washington, Utah; Ellen Sorensen, Cedar City, Ut; and LaPriel Clark, Corrine, Utah.
Preceding her in death was husband, Arthur David Church and Ray Saffell, her father, Charles Wilbur Brinkerhoff, and a brother James William Brinkerhoff.

Norma attended Valley High School in Orderville, Utah. She was an excellent speller and good student. She graduated from secretarial school in Cedar City, Utah. From the time she could read, she loved reading anything she could get her hands on. She especially enjoyed camping, hiking and traveling in the motor home with Ray.
She married Ralph Pectol May 10, 1956 in Glendale, Utah. To them was born, a daughter, Susan Marie and son, James Michael. They late divorced. She married Arthur David Church and had a son, Arthur David Church III. Art died in 1974. Norma met and married Ray Saffell, he passed away in 1998 in Las Vegas.
Norma was employed for the Nevada Parks Service for28 years as a secretary.
Norma was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Norma loved spending time with her family, her dog, BJ and reading.
Memorial services will be held at 1 PM on Thursday, October 21, 2004 at the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church in Las Vegas, Nevada
