She was a graduate of Addison High School and was employed as a secretary by attorney Charles Crane and later at the Crane Insurance Agency. She retired from the Rounds Insurance Agency.
Lena was a member of the Addison United Methodist Church, an avid golfer and a friend to many. Her life long friend, Wyckoff Sherwood predeceased her in October 2001.
Friends are invited to call on Sunday from 1-3 pm at the Flint Funeral Home, 10 Wall Street, Addison where funeral services will be held at the conclusion of calling at 3 pm with Rev. Sandra Olmstead officiating.
Burial will be in Addison Rural Cemetery." She was buried at Addison Rural Cemetery, Addison, Steuben County, New York.
