Mrs. Mary Pearl Bailey, of Russell Springs, passed away Sunday, August 31, in the Burkesville Hospital after several days illness. She is survived by one son, E. O. Bailey; three brothers, Willie, John and Malcom Combest; one sister, Mrs. Rose Lucks and four grandchildren. The Reverends Jewell Latham and Henry Popplewell conducted the funereal service Tuesday, September 2, at the Freedom Separate Baptist Church. Interment was in the church cemetery, with Grissom, Maupin and Heskamp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were nephews of Mrs. Bailey.
