     William Henry Crosby was born on 28. Jun. 1808 at New York City, New York County, New York. He was the son of William Bedlow Crosby and Harriet Ashton Clarkson. William Henry Crosby married Josepha Matilda Neilson, daughter of Dr. John Neilson III and Abigail Bleecker, on 4. Nov. 1830 at New York City, New York County, New York. William Henry Crosby was a Professor. He died on 21. May. 1892 at New York City, New York County, New York, at age 83. They had 11 children. His birth and death places comes from the research of Rev. Frederick Pyne of Frederick, MD. I do not know (yet) where Wm. taught.
