Mrs. Rolland was born June 25, 1925, in Bee Branch, the daughter of William Daniel Crownover and Pearl Winningham Crownover. She was a retired school teacher with the Forrest City School District and a member of the Arkansas Education Association. She was also a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and Second Baptist Church.

Mrs. Rolland is survived by her husband, Cecil Rolland of the home; a son, Kim Rolland of Widener; a daughter, Amy Belcher of Wynne; two sisters, Stella Mae Sample of Clinton and Jeanette Maddox of North Little Rock; two brothers, Verne Crownover of Clinton and Carl Crownover of Brooklyn, N.Y; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Rolland were held on Monday, July 14, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Second Baptist Church. Burial followed in Forrest Park Cemetery with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
