Sarah Conover, daughter of
John Covenover and
Sarah Adams, c 1747. On bt 1773 - 1774 Tax Census, Egg Harbour Twp., NJ.
Joseph Dole Jr. served as a Lt. in Captain Richard Adam's Company, Egg Harbour Twp. C 1778. He left a will on 4. Jan. 1786 at Great Egg Harbor, Gloucester County, New Jersey.

To loving wife Sarah one equal half part of the Plantation wereon I dwell or the use of it during life with all real estate not heretofore verbally given away.
To loving son Joseph Dole my Plantation whereon I now dwell except his Mother's Bequeath above mentioned, to him his heirs and assignes forever.
To loving Daughters Hannah Ingersull, Rebecca Garwood, Sarah Scull, Mary and Survia Dole all the remaingng part of my Real Estate (except a tract of Salt Marsh laying on Jonathan's thorofair) to be equally divided amongst them and their heirs or assigns forever.
And last I do ordain, constitute and appoint Sarah my loving Wife and my loving son Joseph Executi__ and Executor of this last Will and Testiment whom I hereby authorise and Impower to Sell and make a Title to the above. Except the piece of Salt Marsh for the payment of my Just Debts and what that fall short of paying it is my will and I hereby order it paid out of my Personal Estate.
