Audrey Jean Mueller-Crownover, 83, Minot, formerly of Jamestown, ND, died Saturday, July 22, 2006, in a Minot hospital.
She was born on April 5, 1923, in Jamestown, ND, the daughter of Harry and Thresa (Brady) Gainsfaith. She was reared and educated in Jamestown.
She married Earl Mueller on July 9, 1942, in Jamestown, ND where the couple made their home. She worked at Central Dakota Nursing Home for many years and loved every minute of it. In the 50's she had to retire due to her health. After Earl retired the couple moved to Seattle, WA and then to Orofino, ID, where they lived until Earl's death on May 6, 1982. After Earl's death, Audrey returned to Jamestown to be closer to family and friends.
She married Jerry Crownover on December 10, 1986, in Moscow, ID. The couple made their home in Orofino, ID and later Lewiston, ID. Jerry died on June 1, 2001. After Jerry's death, Audrey returned to Jamestown for one year. Due to her failing health, she moved to Minot, ND to live with her son, August and his wife Nancy. Her final home was a Trinity Homes where she lived until the time of her death.
Audrey loved going to casinos in Idaho when her health permitted it. She also enjoyed dinning out, crossword puzzles, word searches, car rides and ice cream. She loved to embroider dishtowels and pillowcases with her roommate Dorothy. They also loved to eat chocolate.

Buff, Torense, CA.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2006, at 1 p.m. at Highland Homes Cemetery, Jamestown.
